<Notice to Users of the Fitness Center>
- The gym, indoor pools, and saunas (available at a charge) are closed on the third Wednesday of each month.
- The gym is open to those aged 16 years and older only, and the saunas are open to those aged 13 years and older only.
- The indoor pool is for adults only. Access to the pool is limited to those aged 13 years and over. On weekends and holidays, however, children under the age of 13 years are admitted in the care of an adult and only when wearing a life jacket in the pool if they are shorter than 140 cm.

<Notice to Users of the Urban Island (Outdoor pool)>
- Urban Island (Outdoor pool) is only available for guests who reserve Outdoor Pool Access package.
- Please follow the instruction from Life Guard when using all facilities such as Adult pool, Kids pool, Jacuzzi, etc.
- Guests under the height of 140 cm are permitted to use the adult swimming pool only while wearing a life jacket and under parental supervision.
- Sunbeds are allocated on a first come, first served basis and two sunbeds are available per room.
- Children under the age of 36 months must wear waterproof diapers in the pool
- Swim tubes with a diameter of 1.1 yards or less may be brought in and may only be used in the kids' pool.
- Admittance may be limited when the maximum number of users is reached.
- Urban Island operates even when it rains, but only a few sunbeds offer shelter from the rain. (In case of continuous heavy rain, operations might be disrupted.)

It is a great hotel with 5 start facilities. Just look at the list to choose from. There is also 3 buses to help you get around Seoul

Lovely, charming hotel in a great location but rooms could use a refresh and more consistent training for the housekeepi
The gorgeous grounds, the location, the service
Room was only prepared for one person, although I was paying double occupancy. Housekeeping was very patchy - they forgot to put down the blinds one night, I found hair on the floor when I checked in, there was a persistent smell in the toilet. Another down side was that there was only one phone in the room by the bed. Usually there is always a phone on the desk. I couldn’t find basic things like a pen to use in the room either. Room service menu was a bit dull and I wasn’t properly introduced to what the hotel had on offer - spa, shopping, grounds, restaurants etc

Everything was excellent, it was a special moment at the Shilla hotel!
The staffs were super kind and the service was exceeding my expectation. The breakfast was amazing, I enjoyed the various range of food there. Swimming pool facility was great, beautiful view at the room as well.
